North Korea Health Data Hub
North Korea Health Data Hub is an English-language platform concept for organizing open-source data on health in North Korea.
The site aims to help researchers and policy audiences find indicators, understand sources, and read trends with appropriate caution.
IHSAK, Korea University
The Institute for Health and Social Affairs on the Korean Peninsula studies health, society, and policy on the Korean Peninsula.
The hub reflects IHSAK’s data-driven approach to North Korean health, inter-Korean health cooperation, and public health systems.
What this site is for
The purpose is not simply to collect numbers. The goal is to make North Korean health data easier to find, compare, interpret, and reuse.
This prototype is a first technical sketch. The official version should add reviewed source notes, multi-source comparison, and Korean Peninsula comparison views.
